Information about personal data processing

With reference to the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") I hereby inform you that the Data Controller of your personal data is Biuro Tłumaczeń Translatio Natalia Krakowska established in Kościan, ul Wojciecha Maya 80. Entry of your first name, last name and e-mail address while you fill out the contact form is obligatory in order to make a quote of your translation and to send this quote to your e-mail address. These data in case of lack of replay from you that shall be understood as a renouncement from the service shall be stored for a period of one week and then removed. The legal basis for this processing is a legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

The personal data processing, both yours and of third persons comprised in documents submitted to the translation is necessary for execution of the contract, however is entry is voluntary. They will be (in the form of original documents and their translations) conserved for one year since the moment of reception of the translation for eventual complains. Copies of some documents of the translated texts (in target and source language) can be stored for undetermined period in order to build the basis of competences (translation models). The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

For the purpose of invoice issuance, it is required to entry additional data necessary for issuance of the invoice and resulting from tax regulations imposing such obligation. These data shall be stored for the period resulting from the above-mentioned regulations (presently 5 years).

You have the right to require from the Data Controller the access you data, a delivery of a copy of the processed data, rectification of the data, data removal or to have the data processing restricted. The Data Controller is required to exercise these rights in case of circumstances envisaged in legislation on personal data protection and in particular when you introduce an objection mentioned hereinbelow.

You have the right to object to personal data processing at any time when the legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest of the Data Controller. You have the right to lodge o complaint to a supervisory authority.
